This service falls under the category of assistance for the poor and needy, aiming to provide support to affected families whose houses or shelters are damaged, hindering their daily lives and access to decent living conditions. The EZCH cares for this society segment in full recognition of their urgent need for assistance and support. Therefore, mechanisms have been developed to facilitate and streamline the procedures for submitting applications, conducting social investigation (of eligibility), and receiving aid.
